⭐️ THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE – ENTERPRISE TEAM LEAD JOB ⭐️

The BDR Enterprise Team Lead 🇫🇷 is the owner of sales outbound prospecting and nurturing results in France on the highly strategic Enterprise segment (companies > 300 employees).
As such, your targets are to ensure the team achieves their outbound prospecting goals. You will also continue to build and develop a high-performing, scalable go-to-market team to ensure we can grow exponentially over the next few years.
Your mission will be to:
– Empowering every member to execute a sophisticated, multi-touch approach that combines prospection and nurturing activities. You will spend 80% of your time with your team and in the field.
– Recruiting, onboarding and developing high-performing BDRs with an enterprise mindset, ensuring a progressive career path for the future.
– Defining goals and strategy of the Executive Programme with the Executive Programme Owner to run executive-level engagement strategies (C-suite outreach, executive events, bespoke content) to build relationships with senior stakeholders in target accounts.
– Partnering closely with Customer Marketing to align on ABM campaigns, nurture tracks, and content strategies that complement outbound prospecting efforts.
– Collaborating with Sales Ops to maximise crew efficiency (tooling, sequencing, account prioritization, business monitoring).
– Working directly with Business Segment Lead and Enterprise Sales Crew leads at Alan to articulate the enterprise go-to-market approach and create synergies across business lines and geographies.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You will be a great fit for the BDR Team Lead role at Alan if you:
– Have a strong background in B2B Sales. Enterprise segments will be favorably looked upon.
– Have hands-on experience as a Business Development Representative or equivalent
– Have at least 6 months of experience in Sales team leadership and coaching
– Have a strong background in Sales within demanding environments (complex problems to solve and decisions processes in highly competitive markets)
– Are comfortable operating in fast paced environments and managing uncertainty
– Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above), and advanced level in English
– Have strong analytical skills
– Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
– Are based in (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area
