Key Responsibilities
– Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals
– This is a phone heavy role, expect to spend most of your days cold calling (especially in the beginning)
– Conduct discovery calls to present LatamCent’s nearshore recruiting solutions
– Consult with clients to assess hiring needs and demonstrate service value
– Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue, and value
– Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of talent
– Maintain and grow client relationships post-sale
– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Requirements
– 1+ years of Account Executive experience with a USA company
– Proven ability to take sales from prospecting to close
– Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– English level C1 or higher (written and spoken)
– Experience using CRMs, & Sales Tech Tools
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in recruiting or staffing services
– Background in B2B SaaS or sales tech
– Prior SDR experience
Compensation & Logistics
– OTE: $46,000 – $54,000 USD (base + commission)
