As they continue to scale, they are looking to strengthen their internal operations by adding a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure day-to-day efficiency.
LOCATION
Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM PT
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership by managing calendars, handling communications, coordinating logistics, and ensuring administrative operations run smoothly. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy across tasks, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Calendar & Email Management
– Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize daily priorities
– Draft and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Administrative Support
– Provide general administrative support including data entry, expense management, and filing
– Manage logistics such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office operations
Communication Management
– Ensure smooth communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders
– Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Data Tasks & Reporting
– Organize, track, and maintain accurate data records
– Assist in preparing reports and maintaining structured data systems
Logistics Coordination
– Coordinate travel, events, and business-related logistics
– Ensure all arrangements run smoothly and efficiently
Cross-Departmental Support
– Support team members across departments as needed
– Handle requests promptly and professionally
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
– 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
– Experience working in fast-paced environments
Skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence
– Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars and multiple priorities
– Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and common tools such as Zoom and Slack
– Familiarity with project management software is a plus
– Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks
– Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address issues and take initiative

– Communications are high-quality, error-free, and delivered promptly
– Administrative tasks are completed efficiently with minimal follow-up required
