B2C Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a high-performing sales closer to join a fast-growing team supporting franchise presale campaigns across the U.S. This role focuses on converting warm inbound leads into paying members through phone and follow-up outreach. This is for a consumer focused men’s grooming client, so the closer will be taking warm leads from the website and calling to close subscriptions.
Note: you must have experience closing and cold calling consumers.
Responsibilities
– Call and follow up with warm inbound leads (form fills, event leads, site traffic)
– Manage high daily call volume (100–200 calls/day)
– Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the sales process
– Close memberships aligned with client needs and routines
– Maintain consistent follow-up via calls and messaging
– Track activity and outcomes in CRM
Requirements
– Proven experience in closing sales over the phone (B2C preferred)
– Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
– Experience handling high call volume environments
– Ability to control conversations and drive outcomes
– Comfortable working performance-driven roles
– Fluent English
Nice to Have
– Experience in membership sales (fitness, wellness, services)
– Experience with CRM tools (Monday, HubSpot, etc.)
– Background in inside sales or call center environments
