This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

 

Our client is a fast-growing skincare company with a thriving community of over 150,000 followers across various platforms. Specializing in premium skincare products inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, the company offers not only high-quality products but also educational content, online courses, and clinical services that help women achieve healthier skin through science-backed approaches.

Location:
Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Role Overview:
We are seeking an E-commerce Growth Lead to take charge of performance marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) with the opportunity to grow into a full e-commerce leadership role. This position requires someone who can thrive in a high-growth startup environment, focusing on paid media optimization, improving conversion rates, and managing strategic agency relationships to drive significant revenue growth.

Growth Plan:

– First 90 Days Focus

– Take over Meta ads + improve performance

– Identify key funnel leaks

– Ship quick CRO wins

– 3–6 Months

– Scale ad spend

– Improve AOV + CVR

– Build reporting systems

– 6–12 Months

– Hire and manage team/agencies

Key Responsibilities:

– Paid Media Management & Strategy

– Take hands-on control of Meta advertising campaigns with a current monthly ad spend of $6-8K, with plans to scale through Q4.

– Optimize current agency performance or source and manage new paid media partners.

– Develop and execute high-performing creatives using existing content, spotting and scaling winning concepts across channels.

– Run structured A/B tests to improve campaign performance.

– Create and manage comprehensive dashboards for easy analysis and decision-making.

– Conversion Rate Optimization

– Build and A/B test landing pages on Shopify to maximize conversion rates.

– Identify and address leakage across the end-to-end funnel, optimizing each touchpoint to improve conversion and revenue efficiency.

– Focus on improving AOV, conversion rate, and increasing email signups via Klaviyo.

– Identify drop-off points and implement solutions to enhance overall site performance.

– Agency & Vendor Management (Nice to have)

– Evaluate and manage or replace the current paid media agency based on performance.

– Source and manage freelancers or additional agencies as needed.

– Ensure clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives and KPIs.

– Build processes for ongoing vendor evaluation and optimization.

Qualifications:

– Experience & Skills

– 3+ years of hands-on eCommerce experience with direct ownership of paid media and CRO.

– Extensive hands-on experience with Meta advertising and campaign management.

– Strong background in CPG brands with a proven track record of scaling revenue.

– Advanced proficiency in Shopify, including A/B testing and optimization.

– Experience managing marketing agencies and external vendors.

– Data-driven mindset with the ability to create actionable dashboards and reports.

– Essential Attributes

– Proven ability to move fast and execute quickly in startup environments.

– Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable results and KPIs.

– Excellent communication skills for managing remote teams and agencies.

– Self-starter mentality with the ability to take full ownership of the e-commerce function.

– Experience working with female-focused or beauty/wellness brands is preferred.

What Success Looks Like:

– Achieve and maintain target ROAS of 1.5x+ while scaling ad spend through Q4.

– Demonstrate month-over-month improvements in conversion rates and overall site performance.

– Successfully optimize or replace current agency partnerships within the first 30 days.

– Build a comprehensive reporting system that provides clear visibility into all marketing metrics.

– Establish processes and systems that support continued growth and team expansion.

– Support and maintain existing Klaviyo flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) — including QA, audience segment updates, and minor copy/creative swaps from approved templates.
