Join the EF Funds team to drive follow-on investments from Seed to Series B. You will lead detailed due diligence, craft investment memos for the committee, and manage relationships with a portfolio of 500+ active startups. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of investment strategy, founder relations, and investor engagement.

What you will do:

– Support fundraising and investor relations by translating complex portfolio performance into compelling narratives and reporting for EF’s global limited partners.

The ideal candidate:

– 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) or a high-performance venture capital/growth equity environment.

– Proven ability to perform rigorous analytical work, distillation of complex data into clear strategic recommendations, and presentation to senior stakeholders.

– High-agency operator with the commercial judgment to defend high-stakes investment views and the leadership skills to mentor junior team members.
