It is redefining the financial landscape by leveraging technology to create an affordable, transparent, and user-centric access to liquidity for millions of Americans. As a leading innovator in the U.S. financial services sector, Dave’s digital financial platform offers products designed to meet the credit needs of those underserved by traditional financial institutions. Dave’s offerings include its flagship ExtraCash product, providing members up to $500 in short-term advances within minutes. The company is on track to launch several new product offerings in 2026, including a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) option.

Dave is focused on serving Americans who are financially vulnerable or living paycheck to paycheck. Dave is leading the charge in creating a new era of credit products that prioritizes speed, affordability, and accessibility, making it the go-to financial partner for those who need it most.

Dave is hiring a Director of Product Management, Growth to lead the product strategy behind how members discover, activate, and adopt Dave’s expanding portfolio of financial products.

You’ll own the full member growth journey – from the moment someone enters our funnel to the moment they become a deeply engaged, multi-product member. This role leads a team of product managers focused on funnel optimization, personalization, and member incentives while partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data to build durable growth systems.

This is a role for someone who treats growth as a craft: thoughtful experimentation, strong analytical judgment, and a clear understanding of how product decisions translate into real business outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD AND OWN

– Lead product strategy for Dave’s member growth lifecycle, including activation, engagement, and multi-product adoption

– Guide and grow a team of product managers responsible for funnel optimization, personalization, and subscription or incentive mechanics

– Develop experimentation frameworks that help the team test ideas quickly while generating reliable learning

– Use cohort analysis and behavioral data to identify opportunities that improve activation, retention, and long-term member value

– Partner closely with marketing to strengthen the product and martech foundation supporting user acquisition and lifecycle engagement

– Shape cross-product experiences that help members discover the next most valuable step in their relationship with Dave

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience and Foundation

– 8+ years in product management within consumer products; fintech experience strongly preferred

– 4+ years leading product managers or cross-functional product teams

– Proven track record driving measurable growth outcomes such as activation, retention, cross-sell, or lifetime value

– Experience leading product-led growth initiatives, including experimentation, funnel optimization, or personalization

– Experience scaling growth in a multi-product consumer platform

– Strong analytical fluency; comfort working directly with data and experimentation frameworks (SQL experience preferred)

– Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data organizations to deliver product outcomes

Bonus

– Background in consumer fintech, credit, or financial services

– Experience applying AI tools to improve product insight, experimentation, or team productivity
