– Deliver engaging information sessions to large groups of candidates, clearly articulating the benefits of our programmes and driving high-quality applications.
– Act as the lead for candidate queries, providing professional, clear, and empathetic support through both one-to-one written correspondence and verbal guidance.
– Assess eligibility and role fit, developing a deep understanding of our programme requirements to guide candidates into the roles that best suit their skills and career goals.
– Manage proactive and reactive candidate follow-ups, ensuring that applications move through the funnel efficiently and no candidate is left without an update.
– Ensure a frictionless “Flying Start” by identifying and resolving hurdles in the candidate application process before they reach enrolment.
– Provide feedback on candidate sentiment, acting as a vital bridge by sharing insights with Sales and Account teams regarding how candidates are responding to the initial sales pitch.
– Execute admissions processes across multiple systems with a high level of data integrity, ensuring candidate records are meticulously maintained and synchronised throughout the enrolment lifecycle.
ABOUT YOU
– Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to command a room during group sessions and provide nuanced, empathetic one-to-one written support.
– Strong organisational and time management skills, specifically in managing high-volume candidate pipelines and meeting enrollment deadlines.
