This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Fully Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer will join the team in a new, additive role created to support growing production demands and high-volume creative output. This position will work closely with operations and creative leads, executing a wide range of print and digital deliverables with speed, accuracy, and strong brand consistency. The role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance creativity with execution, including meeting same-day and 2-hour turnaround expectations for many social assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CREATIVE ASSET PRODUCTION

– Design high-quality print and digital assets, including social media graphics, email campaign graphics, texting graphics, and promotional materials.

– Produce mail pieces such as postcards, magazines, and similar print collateral using provided copy and assets.

– Design and mock up branded merchandise including apparel, koozies, bags, and similar items to help clients visualize final products.

BRAND CONSISTENCY & EXECUTION

– Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and the creative direction defined by the design lead.

– Pull visual elements from existing pieces to maintain consistency across client campaigns.

– Maintain visual consistency across multiple deliverables while meeting same-day or 2-hour turnaround expectations on most social assets.

REVIEW & ITERATION

– Incorporate feedback efficiently through the internal approval system.

– Submit work for review and iterate quickly based on direction provided by internal stakeholders.

AI-ASSISTED DESIGN SUPPORT

– Use AI tools, including image enhancement and upscaling tools, to improve low-quality client-supplied images and assets.

– Stay current with AI-assisted design tools and apply a curious, learning-oriented mindset to new workflows and capabilities.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

– Collaborate with operations and creative leads to deliver projects on time and at a high quality standard.

– Support website and landing page design when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

– 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency, campaign, or high-volume production environment.

– Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality creative under tight deadlines, including same-day turnarounds.

– Portfolio demonstrating a mix of print and digital/social work.

– Experience with political, advocacy, or campaign clients is a strong plus.

SKILLS

– Proficiency in Canva, including template creation and brand kit management for non-designer usability.

– Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

– Familiarity with AI-driven design and image enhancement tools such as Magnific, Topaz, or similar platforms.

– Experience with Framer or basic web and landing page design is a plus.

– UI/UX design experience is a nice-to-have and may expand project scope.

– Comfortable working within established brand systems and adapting to a defined creative vision.

– Strong ability to receive and apply feedback quickly and accurately through asynchronous review processes.

– Fast, resourceful, and reliable under pressure, with minimal need for supervision.

– Comfortable with irregular, client-driven schedules common in campaign work.

– Curious and growth-oriented, with strong interest in the intersection of design and AI.

– Consistent delivery of polished, on-brand creative work within 2-hour turnaround windows for social assets.

– Canva templates and assets built so non-designers can edit independently.

– Accurate execution of the creative lead’s visual direction and campaign style.

– Proactive use of AI tools to improve asset quality and workflow speed.

– Long-term growth in both design execution and technical innovation.
