About The Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help grow Camunda’s footprint across ANZ, with a focus on the BFSI and Logistics/Retail sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative sales team at a pivotal moment in our growth. You’ll work with forward-thinking companies that are modernizing how they orchestrate business processes, often mission-critical and complex, and you’ll help them see the value in Camunda’s open, developer-friendly platform. What you’ll be doing:
– Driving ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including; technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, financial and legal negotiations, and on-site customer meetings when necessary
– Articulating Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership
– Collaboration and partnering with Camunda Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners (GSI and Regional) to understand and support customer use cases
– Leveraging multiple communication methods and collaboration with Account Development Representatives to create new contacts in middle and senior leadership in both technical and executive areas of the enterprise landscape.
What you bring:
– 3+ years of experience and overachieving quota in ANZ in software sales (Enterprises >10,000 employees)
– 3+ years of experience selling complex IT products or solutions and navigating complex buying centers across business and IT
– Examples of successfully selling into IT and Business at C-level within Enterprise accounts
– Expert in Sales Methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales
– Deep industry knowledge of BFSI a strong plus
– Familiarity with Automation technology a plus
– Track record of building new Pipeline generation via outbound campaigns
– A strategic thinker who can create and lead successful execution of Account Plans
– Strong collaborator, innovator and problem solver

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
– United States: $281,300.00 to $453,500.00
– United Kingdom: £176,600.00 to £290,500.00
– Singapore: S$349,400.00 to S$524,000.00
