lemon.markets provides a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform for simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first infrastructure makes launching an investment product customer-centric and compliant. We abstract all complexity for our partners through a well documented API, a self-service customer operations portal and operating in a clear regulatory framework. Enabling partners to launch in weeks, not months.
We have experienced first hand that brokerage infrastructure is broken. Building an investment product used to be highly expensive, challenging and cumbersome. YOUR MISSION:
As a Solutions Architect, you will be a pivotal force in driving the success of our commercial partnerships. You’ll act as the crucial technical liaison, bridging the gap between our external partners and internal product development teams – ensuring that the solutions we shape with prospects are both commercially compelling and operationally deliverable. You help prospects understand how their investment use case maps to the lemon.markets http://lemon.markets platform and what it takes across teams to bring that use case to life.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the entire partner and product lifecycle, from supporting pre-sales go-to-market initiatives to ensuring seamless partner onboarding post-sales. You guide prospects from post‑discovery into deep qualification, uniting internal teams around a shared understanding of requirements, risks and solution paths. You turn complexity into clarity – structuring workshops, mapping operating models and coordinating across disciplines to make sure we design solutions that work end‑to‑end.
You are a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a passionate advocate for both our partners and our product. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and are driven by the challenge of building lasting partnerships that drive innovation and growth. This is not a pure technical architecture role. It’s a highly cross‑functional, business‑aware role where you connect the dots across departments, shape how we present our product, and ensure we deliver comprehensive solutions – ultimately enabling Europe’s top FinTechs, Banks and Wealth Managers to build modern investment experiences.
YOU WILL:
– Act as the cross‑functional bridge between Product, Engineering, Operations and GTM – ensuring all teams are aligned on the prospective partners needs and solution direction.
– Cross-collaborate across teams to validate feasibility, clarify requirements and shape the best solution forward.
– Work closely with GTM to win prospects’ trust in our technical solutions and win deals. This will comprise of the following:
– Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective partners, and own the first technical impression, articulating the value proposition of our platform and demonstrating its capabilities
– Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions to understand partner requirements and design tailored integration solutions, mapping the partner needs to our platform capabilities
– Contribute to the creation of technical proposals as part of RfIs/RfPs, accurately reflecting partner requirements and connecting into our current and planned product capabilities
– Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, providing technical insights to support sales and marketing efforts
– Work closely with Partnerships to drive seamless, best in class experience for our partners. This will comprise of the following:
– Engage with and maintain strong, trusted relationships with CTOs and other technical leads and their teams, serving as their point of contact for technical inquiries and support
– Provide expert guidance on API usage, integration best practices and troubleshooting, helping partners navigate the full breadth and depth of our APIs
– Lead the technical aspects of the partner onboarding process, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the integration lifecycle
– Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to coordinate the seamless rollout of new features and updates to partner integrations
