ABOUT THE ROLE

At Cloud9, we’re building a profitable, fast-moving company at the intersection of AI and revenue operations.

We’re looking for a Talent Partner to help us scale hiring across the company — from AI and engineering roles to operations, business, and hospitality positions.

This is not a traditional recruiting role.
We expect you to move fast, think in systems, and use AI tools to source, evaluate, and operate more efficiently.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and Recruiting Lead, playing a key role in building the team across multiple functions and geographies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

– Own end-to-end recruiting across functions

– Hire across AI, engineering, product, data, operations, and hospitality roles

– Support hiring in Colombia, the US, and other markets as needed

– Adapt quickly to different role types and hiring needs

– Source like an operator

– Use LinkedIn, networks, and creative sourcing strategies across multiple industries

– Build pipelines for both specialized (AI/tech) and high-volume or operational roles

– Continuously test and refine sourcing approaches

– Use AI to increase speed and quality

– Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others in your daily work

– Build and improve workflows using AI (e.g., outreach, screening, coordination)

– Automate repetitive tasks and increase efficiency across the hiring funnel

– Partner closely with leadership

– Work directly with the CEO and Recruiting Lead on active roles

– Calibrate profiles, align on priorities, and move quickly on decisions

– Act as a thought partner across different types of hires

– Manage candidate experience and process

– Run structured and efficient interview processes

– Ensure strong communication with candidates across all roles

– Track pipelines and performance using ATS tools (Ashby or similar)

– Support onboarding and local compliance (Colombia)

– Assist with onboarding processes for new hires

– Ensure hiring and contracting align with Colombian labor law

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

– 4+ years of recruiting experience in Colombia

– Experience hiring across multiple functions (tech + non-tech)

– Ability to flex between specialized and generalist hiring

– AI-driven mindset

– You actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar

– You think in terms of automation, efficiency, and systems

– You’re constantly experimenting with new tools

– Strong sourcing ability

– You can find and engage candidates across different industries

– You’re proactive, resourceful, and creative

– Speed + adaptability

– You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

– You can switch contexts quickly across very different roles

– You take ownership and move without waiting for direction

– Tools & systems

– Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred, others welcome)

– Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills

– Local expertise

– Solid understanding of Colombian labor law and hiring practices

– Communication

– Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)

– Experience hiring in hospitality or operations-heavy environments

ROLE SETUP

– Contract role (initially)

– Based in Colombia

– Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
